Poetry in the Raw

(otherwise known as Part 2 of Feral Poetry)

The class I just taught in Feral Poetry didn't want to stop. So this is for them--but also for anyone else who has taken Feral Poetry in the past, or who is interested in writing poetry that comes from the gut, but still has shapeliness, wit and beauty. I am calling it Poetry in the Raw to avoid any conflict of interest. We'll be continuing to look at poems that embody feral-ness or wildness or whatever you want to call it. Poems of the body, poems that deal with difficult emotions, poems that liberate the writer and the reader. Three Tuesdays, April 8th, 15th and 22nd, 2-4 p.m. Pacific Time, on Zoom. $150.00 USD
